The company is equipped with 80 imported CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, and various types of drill press with ultrasonic cleaning machine. Processing type: with three-axis, four-axis, five-axis machining technology capabilities, and aluminum hand plate processing capabilities.

Surface Treatment

The company has a post-processing workshop to complete deburring, sand blasting, shot blasting and other processes, and is equipped with 3 automatic plastic spray lines and 1 electrophoresis line, at the same time, it can carry out variety of other surface treatments according to customer requirements, including oxidation, electroplating, passivation, sand blasting, shot blasting, vibration grinding, etc.

Assembly and Shipping

We arrange the existing production line to assemble or set up a special assembly line according to customer demand.

According to the customer's delivery time, packaging requirements and the need for economy and safety of land, ship and air transportation, we provide reasonable and efficient transportation and delivery solutions. We follow up and feedback the whole process of cargo transportation to ensure that products are delivered to customers as soon as possible.
