As a representative of the People's Congress of Beilun District and the general manager of Ningbo Junling Mold Technology Co., Ltd., Yao Xianjun, who has a "dual identity", also bears dual pressures. On the one hand, he is a representative of the mission, and on the other hand, he is an entrepreneur of social responsibility. The representative of the post-80s generation has given satisfactory answers to these two identities.

Ningbo Junling Mold Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2000, is mainly engaged in the development and manufacturing of large precision die casting molds. Through 20 years of entrepreneurship and development, Junling Mold has become a first-class die casting mold manufacturing company in China, and Yao Xianjun is the "big parent" of this enterprise. In 2014, Junling Mold settled in Beilun Daqi High end Auto Parts Mold Park, becoming the first batch of enterprises to settle in the park. In the following years, more than 70 small and medium-sized enterprises of die-casting die have settled in the park, and the development momentum of the park is rapid. As the companion, participant and witness of the development of the park, Yao Xianjun always pays attention to the issues in the park, and also solves many "growing pains" for the park.

At the initial stage of the establishment of the park, there was a lack of relevant supporting facilities such as convenience stores (small supermarkets), bank ATMs, etc., and basic living conditions were not available. Employees were uneasy about their work, and there was a serious loss of outstanding talents. Many mobile vendors take the opportunity to set up stalls at the company gate, which not only has a great potential safety hazard, but also is difficult to ensure food safety.

To this end, Yao Xianjun put forward the Suggestions on the Environmental Construction, Convenient Services, Life Security and Other Living Supporting Facilities of the High end Mold Park at the First Session of the Ninth People's Congress of the District. After repeated docking with the district competent department, and many field surveys, the problems related to the living and safety of employees have been solved in coordination with the development and construction progress of the High end Mold Park.

The living facilities have kept up with the new problems. In the process of receiving voters, many enterprise employees reported to Yao Xianjun about the parking problem in the park, hoping to solve it as soon as possible. Yao Xianjun listened to this and kept in mind that whenever he had free time, he would go to the park to investigate and sort out. After learning that there were more than 400 parking space gaps in the whole park, he took the initiative to contact the chairmen of trade unions and personnel cadres of various enterprises to discuss with them. After several times of deliberation, he finally formed a proposal to ease the parking problem in the park, which was put forward at the fourth session of the ninth People's Congress of the park. Through the joint efforts of relevant departments, more than 600 new parking spaces have been dug up in the park, which has exceeded one third of the existing parking space gap, and also reserved space for the increase of vehicles in the future.

From the landing of supporting facilities in the park to the installation of traffic lights at key intersections, from the implementation of parking spaces to the provision of medium - and long-term loans for small, medium-sized and micro enterprises, Yao Xianjun's suggestions over the years are mostly closely related to his entrepreneurial identity. "As a NPC representative from the enterprise, I can more intuitively feel the difficulties faced by the enterprise, understand the demands of the enterprise, and cheer for them. This is my responsibility and also my obligation." Yao Xianjun said frankly.

Mold enterprises should take a long-term view, deeply promote the digital transformation of mold production management, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises." When talking about the future development direction of the enterprise, Yao Xianjun opened his mouth. "When I reported to the General Secretary, I also talked about digital construction. At that time, I was full of confidence. After one year's efforts, I was fulfilling my commitment to the General Secretary."

Junling Mold is one of the first batch to carry out the digital transformation of the mold industry "100 enterprise promotion". Through the docking with the professional digital team, experts went to the enterprise for in-depth research, comprehensively analyzed the problems existing in the enterprise's R&D, production, sales, service and other links, and conducted digital online management of discrete processing tasks in the mold workshop, digital monitoring of parts processing process The real-time comparison between manufacturing plan and execution progress is transformed to realize the digital management of people, machines and materials.

"We can now see the operation of the production workshop more intuitively on the system." Yao Xianjun pointed to the digital information system currently used by the enterprise and said, "Through digital analysis, the enterprise may encounter problems in the production process, and timely adjustment of production resource elements, our effective utilization of production resources has increased by 30%."

After the success of the first batch of pilot projects, the enterprise digital information system has been widely promoted in the park. At present, this system has been adopted by 80% of enterprises in the park. Junling Mold has also become a benchmark enterprise on the digital integration of the mold industry.
